CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY
We advise to order by 10am on Thursday 19th December for delivery by Christmas. We cannot guarantee this as couriers are extremely busy at this time of year.

Our last DPD collection before Christmas will be Monday 23rd December, DPD will deliver a limited number of parcels on Christmas Eve but only work a half day so we do not advise leaving it this late.

COLLECTION
Order by 12pm on Monday 23rd December for collection before Christmas. Any orders placed after this time will NOT be available until after Christmas, when our office reopens on Friday 27th December. Please wait for your collection email before coming to collect.

Collections are available every day from our store.

Click and collect orders will be held in store for 10 days from the day of the collection notification. After this time we will contact you to arrange a collection date ASAP, arrange delivery, or process a refund. If we cannot get in touch with you, the order will be automatically refunded.

Opening times: Monday 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm.

Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday may not be available for collection until the following Monday. We can be very busy over the weekend, and have limited online staff, so we cannot guarantee orders placed after this time will be ready to collect over the weekend. If we can get the order ready for you, you will receive a collection notification email.

Standard delivery is £4.99, estimated 1-3 day delivery time.

Orders placed before 10am will be collected and dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 10am will be collected and dispatched the following working day.

Our courier does not collect on weekends or bank holidays, so for example, and order placed after 10am on a Friday will not be collected until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday).

Delivery is 1-3 working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery. This is to allow for delays or any technical issues with ourselves our the couriers. Parcels are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery, this depends on your local depot as to how busy they are.

As a small business we are trying to keep costs as low as possible, whilst offering you the best service. We use DPD who have an excellent reputation and first rate tracking service. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, most parcels are delivered in 1-2 working days.

ROYAL MAIL: Some parcels outside of the DPD delivery area will be delivered via Royal Mail, this will be at no extra cost to the customer. It will be a tracked service and a tracking number will be provided.

ROYAL MAIL FOR VOUCHERS: We do provide a signed for delivery service for vouchers, however we have found that DPD offer a faster service. 

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands:
Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £6.99

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey & Guernsey:
Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £8.99
