We created our points system to reward you every time you shop with us! Earning points as you shop means you can redeem them to get a discount off your next order!
How do I access the rewards?
On any page of our website, you will see a button in the bottom right. Tap this and it will open the rewards pop up (this will not take you away from the page you are on).
Here you can find ways to earn, ways to redeem, and the recommend a friend program.
You will need to log in or sign up to see your points.
How do I earn points?
Once you have signed up you will earn points on every order. There are also a few other ways you can earn bonus points:
Account sign up: 200 points
Like us on Facebook: 250 points
Follow us on on Instagram: 250 points
Follow us on TikTok: 250 points
Celebrate your birthday (must be added at least 30 days in advance): 500 points
Earning points is linked to your email address. Make sure you are using the same email address for each order, and the same email on your social media accounts in order to earn the points.
How much are points worth?
For every £1 spent you will earn 2 points. 100 points = £1.
How do I redeem my points?
Tap the little rewards button in the bottom right and log in if you haven't already. Tap redeem points and follow the steps to redeem as many points as you'd like (minimum value of £1).
Points can be redeemed in multiples of 100.
Once redeemed you will see your code on screen to use right away, or it will be emailed to you to use later.
How many codes can I use?
The loyalty point codes work in the same way as a discount code, they will need to be entered into the discount code box during the checkout process, and currently only one discount code can be used per order.
Will my points be adjusted after a refund?
Any points earned on products that are refunded, will be deducted from your balance.
Will my points be refunded to my balance if I have redeemed a points voucher and returned items from the order?
At the moment this is not something the points system can do automatically, please contact us to adjust your balance manually.
Can I claim points on previous orders?
Unfortunately we are not able to adjust points for orders placed before signing up.
I placed an order, but haven't received any points
This is usually because a different email address has been used, or the email address has been entered incorrectly.
If this is the case we may not be able to apply these points to your account, so please ensure that the correct email address is entered.
Will my points expire?
There is no expiry date on your points.
How do I recommend a friend?
When you are logged in open the rewards pop up, you will see the 'Refer your friends' section. You can send the referral link to friends, or share on social media. Your friends will get a 10% discount code, and when used on an order you will then receive a 20% discount code.
The feature does not earn points, and discount codes will expire after 6 months.
